Thrasher x GX1000 Dvd & Photo Book - Black - (Pre-order)
(Pre-order now to save disappointment, all pre-orders will be shipped Tuesday 17th March)

Skateboarding is a crime. You can dress it up in Street League sponsorships or legally sanctioned skateparks, but the truth lives in the streets. Bum fights, police chases, angry homeowners, destruction of private property - it's all part of the game.

The Dvd
* Includes 25 page photo book.
* Limited edition Dvd
* A collaboration between Thrasher Magazine and GX1000.

Ryan Garshell approached me about working on a full-length GX1000 video about 18 months back, and honestly, I can't think of anything else I would rather see.

San Francisco is equal parts paradise and battlefield. Name another place where landing a trick often means the saga has just begun. The real finish line is at the bottom of that hill.

We'll be premiering the video in San Francisco in April, but most importantly, we're making it available to you in hard copy. Something you can hold onto forever. Something that will make your heart race like that first time you ran from the cops and realized that nothing in the world could ever compare to the life of a skateboarder.

'Thrasher' The company:
Thrasher is a monthly skateboarding magazine, founded in 1981 by Kevin Thatcher, Eric Swenson, and Fausto Vitello, published by the San Francisco, United States-based company, High Speed Productions. The publication consists of articles, skateboard photography, interviews with professional skateboarders, music journalism (primarily reviews and interviews), skatepark reviews, and miscellaneous oddities. The magazine also maintains a website that consists of numerous features, including segments, such as "Firing Line" and "Hall of Meat", a store, a video collection, and a forum for registered users.

In 1999, the magazine sponsored a PlayStation game called Thrasher: Skate and Destroy.

Since January 2006, a bimonthly French language edition has been produced for francophone Europe.
