We try to make returns with us as easy as possible, if for some reason you are not happy with the product, you can return it back for a full refund including original postage price by emailing us at email@example.com with the query.
We can only provide free returns labels for UK mainland orders... If you are outside the UK return postage is at buyers cost.
In the instance you are not satisfied with the product you will need you to arrange to send the item back to us. Once the item/items are received We will arrange therefund.
Unfortunatly, large orders (5 Items of clothing or more) cannot be refunded ONLY EXCHANGED... due to the amount of photo shoots and magazine shoots that happen we canniot accept this... we assume you have ordered the product used for a photograph and then returned the items back.

PLEASE NOTE! For any exchange or return to be considered all below requests must be met.
* The parcel will need the returns number included.
* All tags must still be intact.
* Returned/exchanged shoes must not have been worn outside and/or show signs of being worn outside.
* Shoeboxes must be free from any wear and tear and have no shipping labels or tape adhered to them.
* All laces must be included within the return/exchange.
* Timed next day deliveries are unnecessary. Because of this, we will not refund a timed delivery cost, only the next day delivery rate of £3.90.
